After many months of testing and careful calculation, Ashe Industries is proud to offer its own proprietary engineering for pool enclosures in both standard and moment connection design.

The engineering is available immediately in individual sets, which each include two 11x17 raised seal plans. The cost is $50 per set. Because they are master file, site-specific engineering is now unnecessary. Simply submitting the plans to the building department along with your specific shop drawings is all that is required.

Contractors who wish to take advantage of Ashe Industries’ ever-burgeoning pool enclosure fabrication technology can now do so at a greatly discounted fabrication price! Simply by selecting EZ Lite during the ordering process that instructs us to not install the gusset plates, contractors will get a 40% discount on all fabrication charges for EZ beam. EZ beam customers will still receive all of their roof beams already notched, predrilled for gusset (engineer specific screw-hole patterns), stitched, cut, and pre-punched for purlins – all done with exacting precision on our state-of-the-art Elumatec CNC machine center. The new option also provides custom-cut gusset plates and is available for moment connection posts as well. We have estimated that the operations performed by EZ Beam Lite are at least 3-4 times faster than even the most skilled and experienced shop hand.
